Do I need to connect my accounts first?

No. Purples starts from public review and social data alone. You connect Amazon, Shopify, TikTok or Instagram later, through your own logins, only if you want actions drafted against them.

Is my data used to train models for other brands?

No. Your workspace is scoped to your team, never used to train another brand's model, and you can export or delete everything on request.

Which countries do you cover?

Any Amazon marketplace, plus the retailers we map in 21 countries. Claims rulebooks cover the UK, EU, US and Canada; other markets on request.
